ITIL Foundation Certification
There are 3 main levels on the ITIL Certification Path. To pass exam on a particular level it is suggested to take part in ITIL training or specialized ITIL course. Usually courses finish with an exam. The exams are as follows:
ITIL Foundation
Certificate: Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
Training: 3 day course, average price: ~1500 USD.
ITIL Practitioner
1. Release and Control
Certificate: ITIL Practitioner Certification Release and Control (IPRC)
Training: 5 day course, average price: ~2800 USD
2. Support and Restore
Certificate: ITIL Practitioner Certification Support and Resotre (IPSR)
Training: 5 day course, average price: ~2800 USD
3. Agree and Define
Certificate: ITIL Practitioner Certification Agree and Define (IPSR)
Training: 5 day course, average price: ~2800 USD
ITIL Service Manager
ITIL Service Manager
Certificate: ITIL Service Manager
Training: 13 day course, average price: ~9000 USD
